Meet Contestant #2: Naomi Karnuah🇱🇷, a sophomore studying industrial engineering. As Miss Africa PSU, Naomi wishes to proudly represent her country Liberia. “As the first African republic to gain its independence, it is truly an honor.” Look forward to seeing Naomi on stage at The Miss Africa Pageant-PSU!
Meet Contestant #1: Angolan native🇦🇴, Lakeysha Graças de Deus, is a second year majoring in Criminology with a minor in Economics. As Miss Africa, she would use her platform to help uplift and support other African women at Penn State.
Meet Contestant #3: Teniola Adebayo🇳🇬 aka Teni, is a second year majoring in architecture and minoring in art history and entrepreneurship. As Miss Africa PSU, Teni would like for this to be the perfect opportunity for her to get in touch with her culture on a personal and public note and spread its joys throughout the Penn State campus.

Meet Contestant #4: Tera Sackey🇬🇭 , a sophomore majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Digital Media Trends & Analytics As Miss Africa PSU, Tera will continue demonstrating her leadership and commitment to serving the Penn State community, while upholding honor and responsibility of being Miss Africa PSU
Meet Contestant #5: Amie Koroma🇸🇱, a sophomore majoring in Biobehavioral Health with a minor in Biology. As Miss Africa PSU, Amie would like to represent Sierra Leone. Growing up it was very rare for her to find another person from Sierra Leone! She wants to be the change and representation of her country! While she knows this is a huge responsibility she believes she has what it takes to not only represent her country but also help unite the African community at Penn State!
